Vegetables and crab boil create an instant flavor bath for quick-cooking shrimp. If you don’t like spicy foods, reduce the crab seasoning by a tablespoon.

3 quarts water
1/2 bunch parsley
2-3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning or Zatarain’s Crab boil
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion, quartered
2 stalks celery
2 lemons, quartered
2 pounds medium-large shrimp, unpeeled
Optional, if can fit your macros: ears of corn, smoked sausage or andouille sausage
1. Bring water, parsley, lemons,seafood seasoning, lemon, celery, garlic and onion to a rolling boil. *add optional ingredients in this step*
2. Add shrimp and return to a boil. Continue to boil just until shrimp are pink.
3. Remove from heat. Drain, peel, devein shrimp and place in ice to cool quickly.
