This is an interview with Jodi Perschetz, a self-professed chocolate lover (like myself) who is a busy professional AND a mom of 3 little girls. She crushed the 63 Day Fit For Photos program and as you can see from the pictures below, is sporting six-pack abs. So for all the moms who think it can’t be done, Jodi is here to show and tell you that yes it can!

However, Jodi had to overcome quite a bit in order to get through this journey. Much of what she had to overcome was internal.
