How Teams work

Team Fitness provides two benefits

  • Your Program

    A tailored nutritional plan to match your specific dieting needs. Tailoring keeps you sticking to your goals.

    A food guide explains the concepts behind your plan. It also contains a list of the best foods to eat to help you hit your goals.

    A training program outlines what to do and when. You may receive program adjustments as you move through different phases of the course.

  • Coached Community

    Ongoing support from your team coach in a private community. They'll keep tabs on your workouts and also host Q&As.

    Ask questions about how to stick to your program and account for things that life throws at you.

    Google Hangouts and other one-on-one sessions ensure you have plenty of face time with your fitness pro.

This 2-month program will focus on yoga poses that will increase flexibility, prevent/recover from injury, and improve wellness.

    Designed for: Any man or woman who wants to use yoga to increase flexibility, accelerate recovery and improve well-being.

    Goal:Learn how to incorporate yoga to improve your overall lifestyle.

    Requirement: No prior experience needed. A yoga mat if you have one.

    Learn the Texas Method (which, in a nutshell, is an intermediate strength training program that goes through a high volume day, recovery day and intensity day through the week) and became addicted to breaking PRs.

    Designed for: People who are no longer novices but don’t know where to go next and intermediate lifters who aren’t making consistent progress.

    Goal:Become a monster by progressively getting stronger and breaking personal records on a regular basis through barbell training.

    Requirement:Access to barbells and a power rack (or squat rack). Training experience in the squat, bench press, overhead press, front squat and deadlift.
