Whether you’re a yoga newbie or just too busy to make it to a yoga studio, Yoga From My Home to Yours is the perfect class to help you find a sense of balance that fits into your life. This 2-month program will focus on yoga poses that will increase flexibility, prevent/recover from injury, and improve wellness.

Requirements: No prior experience needed. A yoga mat if you have one.
