    • 50 lbs warm up going below parallel. 250 lbs warm up going parallel ( to heavy of a warm up I think I strained my vastus medialis). 300 lbs working got to the fourth rep lost control had to bail. The rest of the sets I completed fine going parallel. My VMO still feels funny.
