    • Performed unassisted. Set 7 rep 10 was a fail. Really feeling the dips work my shoulders today. Set 10 final rep was a fail.
  • Incline Dumbbell Curl

    • Set 2 feeling tough already. Set 4 very hard. Set 6 rep 10 was almost a fail. Sets were really difficult, but pushed through =)

    • Set 2, half set was with 12kg dumbbells. Set 3, 12kg for first two reps, then dropped back down to 10kg. Could only manage rep 5 before having to rest to complete set.
