Austin Light, MS, RD is a NYC based Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He received a B.S. Nutrition-Dietitetics from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University (NYC).
One of the most educated coaches in the industry, he was a member of the University of California, Berkeley (CAL) Men's Basketball Program and is the current Varsity Basketball Coach/Strength Coach/Sports Dietitian at The Calhoun School (NYC). His prior experiences include working with MLS Chivas USA, NBA Brooklyn Nets, and private personal training clients from celebrities to professional athletes, and weekend warriors to working moms via The Light Method.
