Standing Barbell Shoulder Press (OHP)
- 26.5 kg x 6 reps 57
- 31.5 kg x 6 reps 62
- 39.5 kg x 5 reps 65
- 45 kg x 3 reps 57
- 50 kg x 9 reps 89
- Wowzers, never got stuck on a rep on OHP before today, that 9th rep got stuck at about eye level and it took a good 3-4 seconds for me to push out of that hole, fucking chuffed to get it, Feb last year I was chuffed to get 4 reps @ 50kg! :)

Barbell Curl
- 16 kg x 10 reps 14
- 31 kg x 9 reps 18
- 26 kg x 10 reps 17
- 21 kg x 10 reps 16
- Moved heaviest set to 2nd instead of last, couldn't quite get that 10th rep though.

Barbell Rear Delt Row
- 27.5 kg x 10 reps 17
- 32.5 kg x 10 reps 19
- 37.5 kg x 10 reps 20
- 42.5 kg x 10 reps 22
- Felt in control on last few reps of last set, will up a little for next time.

- 72.5 kg x 12 reps 47
- 82.5 kg x 12 reps 54
- Sped up the temper a little and lowered the rest periods too, man my butt was aching towards the end of the last set!
