  • Standing Barbell Shoulder Press (OHP)
    • 26.5 kg x 6 reps 57
    • 31.5 kg x 6 reps 62
    • 39.5 kg x 5 reps 65
    • 45 kg x 3 reps 57
    • 50 kg x 9 reps 89
    • Wowzers, never got stuck on a rep on OHP before today, that 9th rep got stuck at about eye level and it took a good 3-4 seconds for me to push out of that hole, fucking chuffed to get it, Feb last year I was chuffed to get 4 reps @ 50kg! :)
  • Barbell Curl
    • 16 kg x 10 reps 14
    • 31 kg x 9 reps 18
    • 26 kg x 10 reps 17
    • 21 kg x 10 reps 16
    • Moved heaviest set to 2nd instead of last, couldn't quite get that 10th rep though.
  • Barbell Rear Delt Row
    • 27.5 kg x 10 reps 17
    • 32.5 kg x 10 reps 19
    • 37.5 kg x 10 reps 20
    • 42.5 kg x 10 reps 22
    • Felt in control on last few reps of last set, will up a little for next time.
  • Barbell Glute Bridge

    • Sped up the temper a little and lowered the rest periods too, man my butt was aching towards the end of the last set!
