    • Changed from standard grip chin ups to these today, and added a little extra weight too.

    • Added a little extra weight today, felt good on all but the last few.

    • Lowered the weight by 0.5kg on these today as my elbow tendons on my left arm were aching for some reason, partly to do with push ups from Saturday. Possibly damaged tendons when I done the push up challenge last year - damn those 1500 push ups in one day!!
