  • Barbell Deadlift

    • Upping the deadlifts for the next wee while, working up to 2 sets of 85% of 1rm, will move up slightly in weight once I make both sets my bitches.
  • Pull-Up

    • Changed from chins to pulls after deadlifts, not done weighted for a while, man the last few reps of the last sets were liking trying to pull up a rhino to the bar lol
  • Bent Over Barbell Row

    • 35 kg x 8 reps 28
    • 37.5 kg x 8 reps 29
    • 40 kg x 6 reps 28
    • Upped the weight an dropped the reps slightly, had control on all but last rep of last set, lats feeling the deadlifts an pull ups lol
  • Ring Dip

    • Lowered the reps an upped the weight. The last rep on the last set was like trying to dip with Thors fecking hammer around my waist, just about locked it out at the top.
