When it comes to fitness, bulking and cutting are like the yin and yang of the nutrition world. There’s no getting around the fact that, unless they’re just trying to get in shape, building muscle and getting stacked is what most people go to the gym for. However, there’s much more to having a great body than building muscle; you’ll often hear people who work out talking about things like their body fat percentage.
When done right, cutting body fat is one of the best ways to improve your appearance – it makes your muscles look bigger and makes you look more lean. Focusing on creating lean body mass is key to building an enviable physique. Whatever your goal, this class can help you – if you’re packing on weight to bulk up, it’ll prevent you from looking doughy and soft, and if you’re trying to cut body fat, it’ll help you do that without sacrificing muscle. This group will help fitocrats who want to build muscle without having a "bulking gut" and those who want to get rid of bodyfat without losing their hard-earned muscle.
I achieve these results through precise nutrition calculations, while still being able to give you a lot of liberty in the food selection.
The group features:
- Cut or bulk fitness routines, which are reassessed along with macros every 4 weeks
- Nutritional advice (monthly macros, supplement advice etc)
- Weekly fitness challenges and a 'theme of the week' to help mix things up
- Exchange of articles on relevant training/nutrition subjects
- Google hangouts and ongoing feedback on progress etc
Ultimately, you'll come away with a thorough understanding of when, why and how to bulk/cut, which will feed into your training for the rest of your days!
Plus, you'll be a card carrying member of the Fito Swole Army!
About the Trainer
A simple way to describe myself is that I preach a straight to the point, no nonsense approach and am VERY passionate about my projects.
I want to serve as a role model to my peers, and help motivate them to be the best they can. I do not want my clients to see me as a coach, but more like a partner in their quest to achieve their dream body. All of this is presented in a friendly "family" group format, helping you stay accountable throughout the program.
