Overview

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, will be to burn as much fat as possible in the next 8 weeks. 

You have been assigned a specific mission. Should you take the assignment, you will be trying to achieve some extreme fat loss in the next two months. BUT before we begin, we need you to think about the force behind your decision to accept:

  • What is motivating you to shed body fat? 
  • Why do you desire a leaner body?
  • Who is that person you want to be in the mirror?

When a fighter decides to enter the ring, his journey begins with a belief. He or she believes that they can be victorious. That they can win not only against his or her opponent, but against themselves. Over the course of their fight camp, the individual will go through physical and mental hardships. Just ask Sons of Strength's very own, Ryan. He talks the talk and walks the walk. When he decides to lace up the gloves, he must drop an insane amount of weight (actually 35 pounds) in just six weeks!

About the Program

Now you don't have to be a fighter but we want you to understand that mentality. It's the same one we ask of our actors on screen, recording artists on stage, and our athletes on their field of battle to have.

ANYTHING is possible in this mission. With us by your side and the right mindset, tools, methods and the knowledge of how to apply them, we can complete this mission together. 

In order to succeed, you will complete multiple challenges over the next 8 weeks. Some of them will be mental and others physical. But you'll be armed with all the tools you need for the job:

  • Multiple training phases over the course of 8 weeks. After the program's completion, you will have templates to continue with what works best for you.

  • Modifcations to your diet and training as necessary.
  • A team of like-minded, kick-ass individuals to learn from and push you to new heights.

You will need to have an open mind to try things you have never done before and be willing to go against what the latest media sources are preaching. But you'll still be able to enjoy your life while accomplishing the overall goal!

You will be able to do the workouts almost anywhere. All you will need is your body and some external resistance (dumbbells, kettlebells, or bands). Whether you're traveling or just want to train at home, this program is for you.

You will have two coaches taking you through this entire mission. That's years of combined experience and knowledge helping you in every situation.

What if I have an injury or limitation?
First and foremost, we are coaches in the trenches. Beyond preparing for these roles, we have in-depth knowledge and experience with corrective exercise. Your plans will help you fix movement patterns (like touching your toes!) and working around injuries.
Is this program for both men and women?
Absolutely! This program was built off the experience of working with the Winter Soldier and the Black Widow ;) Even though we are Sons of Strength, we include all genders.
I've tried it all before without any results, how is this any different?
Our program isn't just a cookie cutter program. Yes, we will use some of the tried and tested methods. The same ones we have used with our A-List celebrity clients. BUT we will coach you beyond your workouts and meals. This Mission is a lifestyle.
I'm nervous that I'm not in good enough shape to do this. Are you sure I will be able to?
Absolutely! We work with clients from all different levels - from learning how to walk again to getting ready to the big screen. In this Mission, we will be using lots of body weight movements and exercises that only require a set of dumbbells.
