Overview

Hi, I'm Adam Atkins, aka Phatkins! My body and mental health have evolved over a period of 15 years. I was a fat, shy 16-year old and was mad as hell...no dates, out of breath after a flight of stairs, and looked at my shoes more than I smiled.

Through hard work and a diligent game-plan, I transformed myself into a PHAT, confident man. Fatkins was a 5'9", 245 pound, 40-inch waisted, red-cheeked 16 year old who made drastic changes to his mindset and daily routine. Just 2 years later and 70 pounds lighter, PHATKINS emerged!

I want to improve your health, confidence, and general wellbeing by sharing the wealth of knowledge that I've picked up in my lifetime of fitness and nutrition study and experimentation.

What do I get for my monthly fee?
I will provide continuous consulting, answer questions, provide encouragement, and help track your progress. Body transformation is not an exact science and a "one-size-fits-all" approach rarely works. We will work together on finely tuning a program that is sustainable and successful for you.
What kind of workouts can I do?
My programs are designed with your interests and favorite activities in mind. In my experience, the best body transformations are those that include heavy weight lifting. However, you don't need weights and long distance runs to lose body fat. Your body is capable of challenging itself with resistance and high intensity movement. Push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, static holds, and many other options are available!
