Overview

Will I build Muscle on This Program?
Yes! Specially, you'll fill out those medium t-shirts and stretch shirt-sleeves Fo Real...How many times do I get to train Arms? Don’t get too excited, but you pound those pythons 4x per week
How is this different than other specialization Programs?
Most trainees specialize before they’re strong enough to benefit, jump on body-part splits too quickly, or neglect all isolation work entirely. Additionally, these programs leave huge gaps in high performance bodies—guys focus on them too long despite the recommendations of the program, leaving them weak, puny, and un-athletic. I’m not about that and neither are my other clients, we have our cake and eat it too—a body that looks damn good and performs equally as well. ANNNND that means chisled meat-hooks hanging from your shoulders.
How long is the program?
12 weeks separated into three-four week blocks of training
What equipment do I need? Do I really need a gym?
Yes. You need consistent access to barbells and dumbbells at a bare-minimum.
