Overview

Custom-Built Body is two-on-one coaching and program development at it's best.  That's right, you get two coaches for the price of one.  By using weekly check-ins, under 24 hour response times for e-mailsbi-weekly Skype sessions, and video form checks, we help you hone in on your goals by developing a specialized plan just for you and supporting you every step of the way.

With Custom-Built Body, your goal is our goal!

We have successfully helped clients reach their  strength, weight loss, muscle gainaestheticathletic performance, and health goals. Not only have we successfully helped clients reach their goals, we've done it using any available equipment.  No gym membership?  No problem!  No equipment?  No problem!  Our experience working with a variety of clients allows us to design your program to match your equipment.

Focusing on becoming stronger, eating healthier, and learning new, healthy habits will give you the results you want in the mirror and in how your clothes fit.  Some programs will ask you to give up your favorite things, whether it's heavy lifting, running, or eating carbs.  Some even ask you to make radical changes that aren't sustainable for life.   Not this one.

We believe that progress is the result of incremental changes that reinforce good habits while increasing your range and allowing you to continue doing the things you love.  For this reason, we work with what you like and help you learn to build on your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses.

Custom-Built Body is a comprehensive strength,  conditioning, and nutrition program designed to make you stronger, improve your appearance, and raise your overall fitness level.

However, it's not like a lot of other programs out there in that it's steps and programming have been used successfully by us and all of our in-person clients.

About the Coaches

Rich Zwolinski

I've been helping health and fitness enthusiasts for the better part of 15 years with programming, training advice, and motivation. I've taken novice lifters and helped them set state records in powerlifting and qualify for World Championships, provided programming to help clients lose weight, look and feel great, and assisted people in reaching milestone goals they could never achieve under other training protocols.

I don't take a one-size fits all approach. I approach each person and their goals with a focus on the person because I know that no two people respond exactly the same.

A lot of programs will insist you add supplements or make wholesale changes to your training, but that's not me.  If you like to keep things simple too, we'll get on just fine!

As a former athlete and college coach, I know first-hand how having the right plan is the difference between reaching a goal and just missing it. That's why I take so much pride in making sure my clients have the right program for them and their goals.

I also understand that it’s about more than just the goal; there are so many other other positive changes that come with training, and nothing can replace that feeling of know how hard you've worked and how far you've come.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and have worked with body transformation clients, powerlifters, sport-specific athletes, and clients who are just seeking to feel better and/or be more fit. I've coached Division I Women’s Volleyball and youth club volleyball dating back to 2003, and have a post-graduate certificate in Sports Counseling.

Erin Wells

Erin Wells found her love for fitness and nutrition in 2007 after deciding to make a change in her life. She began her journey like so many others, looking to lose weight and feel great. Her first experience was as a self-confessed "cardio bunny", but she quickly found that cardio alone wasn't helping her achieve the results she wanted.

After meeting some other fitness-minded people, Erin took up weight training to help re-shape her body. Following a bad experience with a crash diet and a lack of results, Erin began researching healthy and sustainable ways to lose weight and stay in shape.

Since recovering from metabolic damage caused by crash dieting, Erin has implemented a complete training program that uses weight training, high intensity interval cardio, and steady state cardio combined with a proper diet to feed and fuel her throughout the day. And now she's here to share it with you!

Erin Wells is a TRX Certified Trainer with a Master’s Degree in Health Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and is currently working towards Precision Nutrition Certification. She is a former health and weight training teacher and has also worked as a youth counselor.  She currently instructs team transformation classes near her home.

FAQs

How many hours a week will I need to dedicate to training and nutrition?
That will all depend on the goal. Some goals will require more preparation and work than others.
What if an exercise or a food choice doesn't work for me?
Simply let us know and we will adjust your plan to better align with your likes while still staying on track with your goal.
What if something happens that prevents me from staying on the program for an extended period?
Life happens and we all need to be flexible. If something comes up, let us know and we will find the best solution to help you keep moving forward.
What if I'm a vegetarian/vegan/paleo etc?
We work within the limitations of your diet and provide you plans that will not only meet your goals but take into consideration your diet restrictions.
Will I have to eliminate the things I enjoy?
More than likely, no. With training we will always be able to work it into the plan somehow and on the nutrition side we find a way to work your favorite foods into your meal plan. However, some foods require to eat them in moderation in order for you to reach your goals.
Will your plans ask or require me to take supplements to reach my goals?
No. We would never ask you to take anything, let alone require you to take anything other than a multivitamin, fish oil, and a protein shake if necessary.
