FAQs

What if I don't have barbells?
We have training regimens that can be tailored to your personal situation.
Are there any off-limits food?
Not at all. Your food choices are yours entirely - there isn't a single food you cannot have. We have Paleo members, vegan members, Atkins members, etc.
But I'm a girl! I don't want to get bulky!
Lifting doesn't make women bulky. Lifting makes women curvaceous, sexy, confident, and empowered. Every single female member of our community relishes lifting hard after giving it a shot. At least half of our members are girls. And exactly ZERO have turned manly as a result of lifting......
Do I have to stop doing cardio?
Not at all. Dropping the cardio isn't a REQUIREMENT, but doing cardio is 100% optional and not necessary. If you love it, enjoy. But if not, we'd prefer you spend the day eating peanut butter and bacon. IIFYM, my friend.
What results can I expect?
For those who wish to lose fat, 3 inches off the waist is always met. 4-5 inches off is commonplace. 6+ inches with 15+ pounds of weight loss occurs with optimal compliance and consistency.
