From the creator of Bikini Bootcamp Jax. This is one-on-one women's only personal training. Tighten and tone all your trouble zones with customized workouts and learn to eat for the body you want!

I've seen it happen SO many times before... You decide to make a lifestyle change. You get your new workout clothes and training shoes. You go to your local gym, do the little tour, and sign up. You go back the very next day ready to go...

You walk past the floor filled with equipment and over to a treadmill. Walk there for a little wondering what to do next. You get off the treadmill and wander over to a machine that looks vaguely familiar and give it a try. Maybe you try another machine that doesn't look too busy. That's enough for today right? You go home.

This scenario plays out over the next few weeks or month. You see very little results because it's overwhelming! There's SO much equipment and you don't know where to begin or even how to use half of it. And how do you know you're even working the correct muscle groups? In the correct combination?? AND in an order that maximizes results??? You don't. Gym membership wasted and money down the drain.

About the Trainer

I gained, and have since lost, 50lbs with each of my kids (ages 3 and 7 months) and I know what it's like to be short on time and feel desperate to fit into your clothes again. I created these workouts to burn calories, work all the major muscle groups and get it done in about an hour. Real results with minimal equipment.

I am a certified personal trainer, ISSA and AFAA, and 200 hour certified yoga instructor with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. I specialize in training women and have helped MANY of my amazing girls (like tackling a 5k - a goal for the client in the before and after pictured below!) achieve their health and fitness goals.

I was an athlete growing up, playing soccer, softball, and tennis and always enjoyed learning about health and fitness. After spending six years in real estate sales, I decided to pursue a career in fitness and haven't looked back. I absolutely love being a personal trainer. I get to empower others to achieve a higher quality of life by educating them on nutrition and healthy living and I look forward to working with you! Coach Miwa

FAQs

How many hours a week will I need to work out?
For optimal results, you can expect to do 3 training sessions at about 1 hour per week, and 3 cardio sessions of about 20-30 minutes per week.
What if I have and injury or workout limitations, e.g. knee or joint issues?
Workouts can be customized to accommodate any limitations you may have.
Can I do these at home?
YES! These are all written for home workouts with minimal equipment needed and can easily be taken to the gym, park, or beach.
Do I HAVE to do the food?
No. You don't have to change what you eat. Some people may find they're eating the same food, but in different combinations. Just keep in mind, you will achieve the best results by learning the tools to eat for your goals.
What if I've never lifted weights before?
No problem! I am going to custom build your program and have worked with TONS of newbies.
Will I be challenged enough in this plan?
Yes! We will be communicating regularly and making any adjustments as the need arises to ensure you're being challenged enough.
I HATE running and/or have joint issues which prevent me from running. Can this plan still work for
YES. You can still get amazing results from following the food recommendations and sticking to the workouts. You can also replace running with other cardio activities.
