What if it was easier?

It seems like every week there’s a new “fad diet” or the “right way to workout,” blurring your understanding of how to achieve your vision. Yes, exercise and nutrition are sciences, but damn, this can be simpler.

My name is Joseph Brigley, founder of The Best Version of You, and I want to congratulate you on being here. It shows the initiative to improve upon where you are.

12 years ago I was enticed by every magazine, eager to look better and fulfilled from my hard work. But it never quite happened. And this is what frustrates me; hopeful people trusting the information, gaining more in confusion then the results you desire.

THERE IS NO SINGLE, BEST PROGRAM.

The best information from any program or article you’ve read lack one thing, specificity. While most of them work, and some pretty well, none of them have you in mind. And God forbid you don’t follow their program to a tee. You may as well sit in timeout.

This is the inherent problem; quick fixes acting like Band-Aids for the short term. Not you.

You are an individual, in your own unique lifestyle, with a job and plenty of other obligations. The only thing you want to know is how the heck should I exercise for my vision.

Whether couch to 5K, touching your toes, or improving your appearance; you are part of a growing league that focuses on individual needs. Each member(s):

I have worked with clients for a myriad of reasons, from 5-year-old soccer stars to 75-year-old hip replacement recipients and everything in between. As with them goes for you, members will be met exactly where they are at, and be treated as individual for your vision’s success.
