Here it is.  Right?
This is how women are supposed to get lean and fit:

Pink dumbbells.  A girl's best friend.

No, wait, it's not the pink dumbbells.  It's yoga.  Yoga will get you lean and fit, right?

Just kidding.  It's lifting.  But not with heavy weights.  That'll make you bulky.  We need very light weights.  You know, to "tone".  I think..........

Now, hold on a sec.........it's not your training.  It's your diet.  You should go vegan.  That'll do it for sure...

Or should you run a marathon?

Damn.  I'm confused.  Can you help me?

What EXACTLY are women supposed to do to get lean and toned?

Client case #1:  Susie
Problems:
-Was always naturally trim and fit.
-Had 3 kids; gained weight.
-Never had to work at fitness before

Susie, Before and After:

Solution:
-45 minutes of heavy barbell training, 3 times per week, no cardio.
-8-9 sets per session with long rest periods between sets
Result:
-Over 20 pounds lost and 5 inches off the waist.

Have you ever wondered about this "macro counting" thing?  Have you ever entered the gym and gazed at the squat rack with intrigue.........but ended up deciding not to give it a try due to being intimidated?

It's a natural reaction.  Many people are intimidated by the free weight section.

But last time I checked, you paid your gym membership, too.

Right?

Client Case #2:  Kari
Problems:
-Food fears - vegan diet, eating < 1,000 calories daily
-Excess activity - P90x AND 2 hours of cardio 6 days/week

Kari, Before and After:

Solution:
-Increased food intake, namely protein and fat consumption
-Decreased activity, no more cardio or P90x
-Proper macronutrient counting and elimination of food fears.
-Fitness plan with a higher ROI
Result:
-Knockout curves with a fraction of the effort

In two years, Anyman Fitness, LLC, has helped hundreds of women, just like you, ditch their pink dumbbells and yoga mats...............and run for the squat racks.

Empowered?  You want to feel empowered?

Try deadlifting heavy.

Pulling heavy off the ground will teach you more about yourself than you've ever known - and give you more confidence than ever before.

Client case #3:  Rachel
Problems:
-Mother of 3, tried to get her body back by running
-Body didn't bounce back as it did pre-children
-Running 16-20 miles per week with no improvements in body composition

Rachel, Before and After:

Solution:
-Emphasis on "calories in" vs. "calories out".
-Filling, protein-rich diet
-Minimalist strength training program
Result:
-5.5 inches off her waist and a new set of visible abs

Look, we know what you're thinking.  We know how you're feeling.  You have only a few months to get into "swimsuit shape".  It's coming.  Faster than you think.

So, it's time to punish yourself.  To kill yourself.  To do cardio EVERY.  SINGLE.  DAY.  Until Memorial Day.

That'll do it, right?

That'll get you "there".

But do you REALLY think that's gonna happen?

Client Case #4:  Amy
Problems:
-Gained weight shortly after college after securing a desk job.
-Former swimmer, but the swimming wasn't working any longer
-Needed a proven system

Amy, Before and After:

Solution:
-Proper weightlifting with progression coupled with macro counting
-Ditched the swimming routine completely - and focused her efforts on becoming as strong as possible
Result:
-Over 50 pounds lost.........and counting

Nicole, Before and After:

Testimonials

FAQs

How much do I need to train?
About an hour, 3 times per week.
Are there any off-limits food?
Not at all. Your food choices are yours entirely - there isn't a single food you cannot have. We have Paleo members, vegan members, Atkins members, etc.
I don't want to get bulky!
Take a look at our before and after pictures. Every single one came from zero cardio and heavy lifting. Every. Single. One.
I have a set of pink dumbbells! Will that be okay?
Absolutely not. You're stronger than that. WAY stronger than that. And we are here to show you just how strong you are.
I don't have barbell access. Can I still join?
Sure. Barbells ARE optimal, but we do have alternative workouts for those without gym access.
