Overview

Your 10 Week Journey to Lose 

A workout class that you can do ANYWHERE, with no equipment or even shoes necessary. Just you and the floor. Get your sweat on melt the fat and inches! Great for beginners.

If you're too busy to make it to the gym, home workouts can be a great way to stay in shape BUT fitting out a home gym can be pretty costly.

A lot of people think that you can't get a good workout without lots of fancy equipment. They're absolutely wrong!

If you're looking for a workout class that you can do anywhere, without the need for any unwieldy equipment, you just found it.

You don't even need shoes!

Here are a few of the reasons I'm an advocate of barefoot training:

  • Losing the shoes strengthens the stabilising muscles in the foot and ankle, and improves balance
  • Increases flexibility and range of motion
  • Decreases the likelihood of bunions, blisters and problems with your arches

See? Barefoot is the way to go!

About the Class

The program consists of weekly bodyweight workouts that draw on interval and circuit training. They require absolutely no equipment and will help you to lose fat and inches while improving your flexibility and strength.

As well as workouts, you'll receive:

How many workouts will there be per week and how much time will I need to devote to them?
There will be 3-4 bootcamp workouts per week. You will need less than 1 hour per day
I am going away for a week during this program. Can I still do this program and take my vacation?
Yes! The beauty of a barefoot no equipment workout is that you need NOTHING! You can do it anywhere
I have a home gym. What sort of equipment will I need to do this program?
No equipment is necessary for this bootcamp program

Can my workout be done at home?
Yes! It can be done anywhere you have a little space
