Overview
Your 10 Week Journey to Lose
A workout class that you can do ANYWHERE, with no equipment or even shoes necessary. Just you and the floor. Get your sweat on melt the fat and inches! Great for beginners.
If you're too busy to make it to the gym, home workouts can be a great way to stay in shape BUT fitting out a home gym can be pretty costly.
A lot of people think that you can't get a good workout without lots of fancy equipment. They're absolutely wrong!
If you're looking for a workout class that you can do anywhere, without the need for any unwieldy equipment, you just found it.
You don't even need shoes!
Here are a few of the reasons I'm an advocate of barefoot training:
- Losing the shoes strengthens the stabilising muscles in the foot and ankle, and improves balance
- Increases flexibility and range of motion
- Decreases the likelihood of bunions, blisters and problems with your arches
See? Barefoot is the way to go!
About the Class
The program consists of weekly bodyweight workouts that draw on interval and circuit training. They require absolutely no equipment and will help you to lose fat and inches while improving your flexibility and strength.
As well as workouts, you'll receive:

If you would like to add in dumbbells or resistance bands just let me know! We can include those.
But don't worry if you don't have anything! It isn't required for a GREAT fat burning workout!
