Requirements

  • 2-3 hours a week for meal prepping
  • 3 hours a week for work outs
  • Resistance band, kettlebells, dumbbells or gym access a plus!

Overview

Cravings are a result of an unhealthy digestive system. Adding a few simple foods into your nutrition can quickly make those cravings disappear.

Worried you're lacking willpower? You guessed it. We can fix that.

Willpower is a finite resource that, when exhausted leads to bad choices. By laying things out in a simple way, and telling you that perfection isn't what we are looking for, you'll be able to devote that willpower to making food, working out, and learning new lifelong habits.

About the Program

Hi ! I'm Coach Thom - Captain of the Rockstar crew. Perhaps the most important differentiator between the Rockstar program and other Fitocracy programs is that we are a Team of Coaches that provide a well structured, highly individualized, and thoroughly designed program to help you become the best version of yourself. The program has a designated start date - on that start date, we begin "Week Zero", where we get to know you guys a bit and start easing you into the program (no one expects you to make a complete overnight change right off the bat - we want to set you up for success!. The actual work begin the week after.

FAQs

How many hours a week will I need to work out?
Most workouts are 30- 45 minutes, and you will want to train 3 times a week. If you find the time (with the help of our coaches to help you plan) you can train more.
What if I have some equipment I want to use?
We can definitely accommodate that.
What if I can't make a hangout time?
That's okay! Hangouts are offered weekly at rotating times to cover multiple time zones, they are just a chance to interact with coaches and other clients and ask questions, as well they are all recorded and shared online after.
What type of nutrition plan do you use?
This isn't a cookie cuter, fad diet program, it's advice on how to focus on eating REAL FOOD to get healthier and stronger.
When does the program start?
"Week Zero" starts when the program actually becomes active. It's a meet and greet type of week, where we get you guys set up and start introducing you to the program. We begin our actual training a week after the start date.
