8 years ago I was over 200 pounds. I didn't realize I had gained so much weight, but life had come before my health. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. I had the kids, a job and what I felt like was zero time for me. If I was honest with myself, I'd say I was also miserable. Trapped inside of a slower moving body. Tired by the end of the day and just waiting for the next opportunity to sleep.

Yes, 8 years ago I was in your shoes. I was frustrated. So I decided to do something different. I began to hit the gym hard. I started with a personal trainer. I would do two workouts a day. And guess what?

I lost NO WEIGHT. I was actually gaining weight and feeling even more tired. 

It wasn't until I learned that there is this furnace in our bodies that burns fat in a particular way - our metabolism - that needs to be recharged and fueled that I started shredding fat. Once I learned the secrets to creating a healthy metabolism, life changed for me. 

And the most interesting part about the whole transformation was that it began to feel like I wasn't even trying! 

I fell in love with fitness. I became a Certified Personal Trainer, Metabolic Training Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist and a Precision Nutrition Coach. 

I love the idea that I can help people make small changes that add up to BIG fat burns! People like Daisy - a 50+ year old woman who found out that once she learned the secrets she could even travel on vacation AND NOT GAIN WEIGHT. FAQs

Can I skip a week?
This program is designed to change your lifestyle habits while giving you workouts that work. If you skip a week, you'll miss that week's lifestyle-changing habit. But you can still skip the week.
How soon after having my baby can I join this class?
If you have just had a baby, I request that you speak to your doctor about your workout program before beginning this program.
I have a heart condition (diabetes, joint issues, etc). Can I still do your program?
If you have a health condition, please consult your physician before beginning the program. I can create modifications for certain exercises, and you are expected to work at your own pace.
What is an example workout?
Each workout will be a metabolic workout: designed to use your body's energy resources in ways to burn fat. They are very time-sensitive. For example, you will be doing as many squats with overhead presses as you can in a 30-second interval set, writing down your number and trying to get more in the next set. Most exercises incorporate large muscle movements so that you get maximum burn.
