Requirements

  • Some experience with barbells and dumbbells
  • Familiarity with basic movements like squat, deadlift, press
  • Basic nutritional knowledge when it comes to food journals, counting calories, etc.

FAQs

How many hours a week of training time will be required?
The program has 4 workouts per week, each workout taking around an hour. In the beginning plan for a bit longer (10 - 15 mins) so you can get a feel for the flow of the workout. All in all it shouldn't take more than 5 hours per week.
Can I do these workouts at home?
Everyone will get bodyweight workouts that are a supplement to the program. They're only to be used in a pinch, though. Unless you've got a home gym, you'll need to be at the gym most of the time.
What kind of workouts will I receive?
The program will be updated every 4 weeks with brand new workouts, but you can expect a combination of circuits, HIIT, and traditional strength work all designed in a way that keeps you progressing and busting through plateaus.
Are the nutritional recommendations custom to me and my goals?
Every nutritional recommendation that gets sent out will be completely custom to you and your goals.
