Requirements

  • Availability to train 3-4x a week, for approx. 1 hour
  • Ability to count macros/calories (or willingness to learn)
  • Progress photos at the beginning of each phase (no exceptions)
  • Access to barbells and dumbbells
  • Tracking devices such as food scale, bathroom scale, and measuring tape
  • An open mind!

Well, with The Total Body Hybrid, you can have it!

The Total Body Hybrid is a 16-week program designed to help you sculpt the ultimate physique.



TBH will take you through four 4-week phases, each structured to progress you in a unique and specific manner.

In Phase One, you will focus on increasing your total body strength, while maintaining muscle and dropping body fat.

Phase Two will have you exclusively focusing on dropping body fat, and getting as lean as possible.

We then switch gears in Phase 3, where you will work on building muscle while minimizing fat gain. The leaner physique you gained from the first two phases will make packing on muscle much easier.

The final phase will cap off all the progress you made through first three months by rounding out your programming with a focus on increasing your athleticism and explosiveness.

The TBH training program is unlike any you’ve done before. By focusing on different micro goals and progressing from phase to phase, we are able to craft the ultimate physique and build you a body that can do it all.

About Me

I’ve been using the TBH style of training for a few years now and have seen major improvements in all facets of my training life. My body fat has plummeted, strength skyrocketed, all while gaining muscle and increasing my athleticism.

FAQs

What is the goal of this program?
The goal of the program is to help you build the ultimate body. We will shred fat, increase strength, build muscle, and develop overall athleticism so you can handle whatever life may throw at you.
Do I have to count macros?
Ideally yes. This is the fastest way to success. However, we can work up to complete macro counting by counting calories and protein first if you so choose.
What will the workouts be like?
The workouts will vary by phase. We will have workouts designed to burn as much fat as possible, ones to increase your overall strength, and of course, workouts to build muscle.
What foods can I eat?
I am not a big fan of 'forbidding' foods in a nutrition plan. You can enjoy the foods you like, while also making progress. The key is hitting your daily macronutrient targets.
