Overview

Who says you can't wear mascara and lift weights too?

Lifting weights isn't just for the boys. I will show you everything you need to know about dominating the weight room, feeling confident walking in and showing them how it's done.

Muscles & Mascara 2.0 focuses on trimming the fat and sculpting your body without having to spend hours upon hours in the gym.

If you want results and you are willing to put in a little time. Look no further.

With my help and the workouts you will be assigned, we will get you there!

At the start of your program we will do an initial weigh in, measurements and "before" photos that you will submit to me via email. After that we will do measurements and photo progress every three weeks. These are sent to me, and we will discuss your progress and what we need to do to keep it going or if there are things that we need to adjust.

You pick which days you want to do the workouts. My advice is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

I am a weight lifter, runner, bootcamp instructor, and flexible dieter.

I specialize in fitness for beginners, women's fitness, prenatal fitness, weight loss and bootcamps.

How many workouts will there be per week?
There will be 3-4 workouts sent per week.
How many hours will I need to devote to the workouts?
You will need to dedicate less than one hour per workout.
Do I need access to a gym?
Yes! But there are alternatives if you need, just be sure to email me in advance.
If I have questions, can I talk to you directly?
Absolutely! I am always available to chat, you will have access to my personal email.
