Despite the million memes about the importance of the almighty squat when it comes to building a great backside, squats alone will not turn this:

Instead, you need to incorporate a multitude of different exercises in a programmed progression to see the best results, both in terms of size and strength of your body's biggest muscle, the gluteus maximus. And THAT, my friends, is EXACTLY what I'm going to give you in this program. :)

Every week you will be assigned four training sessions which focus specifically on our target area, but which also include other exercises to ensure that you've got balance from top to bottom. (In other words, don't fret over losing hard won upper body gainz, cuz I won't let that happen.)

You're also going to get some pretty cool nutritional information and guidance on how to figure out how to calculate your own macros and target calories as well as proven strategies for weight control if counting everything you eat just isn't your thing.

FAQs

Are the training session glute only, or is there other stuff involved?
Although the PRIMARY focus is going to be glute and lower body oriented, the sessions will balance it alongside exercises for other areas as well.
Are you going to make me count calories or macros?
Nope, not for this program. I will however, provide you with specific, scientifically proven strategies for losing or gaining weight, as well as show you how to calculate your own dietary figures.
I won't have to drink magic tea, wrap myself in plastic or rub some weird cream on myself, will I?
Ha. You won't do a single one of those things, I promise. This program is based on time-tested and scientifically proven muscle building programming designed to make your body's largest muscle stronger and more beautiful.
If I follow this program will people sing about me in hip hop songs?
Quite possibly. You may also have to buy new jeans. But don't worry, I'll make some brand suggestions if the jeans-thing happens. ;)
