FAQs

Will I need to give up my favorite foods?
Heck no. That's what this is all about — getting the results you want without having to ditch your favorite foods!
How many days a week do I need to work out for this?
3 days for about 45 minutes each. Four days if you're feeling ambitious.
Can I join the program without access to the gym?
Yes and no. Although I would prefer that you have access to weights, I can also create a bodyweight routine for you that you can do in the comfort of your own home (or hotel if you travel constantly for work).
What kind of workouts will I receive?
This will depend on your goals. For someone looking to build muscle, you'll most likely be doing some sort of strength training routine. If you're looking to shed fat, you'll be doing a metabolic resistance training routine.
