Requirements

  • Access to barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
  • Experience with basic movements, such as squats, deadlifts, pressing, rowing, and swings.
  • Ability to train 3-4x per week for approx. 1 hour.
  • Ability to count calories and macronutrients, or willingness to learn.
  • Desire to make meaningful, long-lasting, positive changes in your life.
  • Before and after photos - No Exceptions!
  • Be willing to give 100% effort and commitment for 12 weeks

A good fitness regimen should compliment your life, not control it.

A lot of people ask what makes a good fitness regimen. Honestly, the best answer to that is “it depends”. And what it depends on is the person. But what doesn’t make a good fitness regimen is a lot more cut and dry. A good fitness regimen doesn’t:

  • Forbid you from indulging in your favorite foods from time to time.
  • Paint any certain food group or macronutrient as “evil” or “the cause of fat gain”.
  • Require you to purchase any products in order for the program to work.
  • End after a certain period of time and leave you hanging, not knowing how to continue to make progress.

It took me years to figure this stuff out. It was a long, frustrating process. I remember thinking to myself, “Why does it have to be like this?” And then it occurred to me…instead of complaining about the problem, do something about it. So I became a fitness coach.

My goal as a coach is to make fitness as straightforward as possible, so that every person who comes to me wanting to lose weight or get in shape will look at my approach and 100% believe they can accomplish their goals.

The best fitness plans in the world won’t work if you can’t stick with them right? My goal with you as my client is to find the approach that works for you and allows you to accomplish your goals, while still living a happy, non-restrictive, enjoyable life.

With Shredded in '16, you get a program designed to help you achieve your leanest, strongest, and sexiest physique yet.

You get:

  • Three months worth of training plans. Each month you will get a new training plan built to help you lose fat, as well as build strength and gain muscle to help you get the lean, sexy body you’ve always wanted.
  • Customized nutrition plan to compliment your training phase. Each month your nutrition plan will be evaluated based on your progress, goals and preferences in order to get you where you need to be.
  • Unlimited access to a coach. Unlike in-person training, with online training you are never limited in when you can contact me. You will be able to to ask questions in the group or by email. We will also host weekly Q&A’s, article discussions, and other group activities to make sure you are getting the most help and information you can.
  • Support in a friendly, team setting. That means you will be right alongside a number of other people with the same goals as you, in the same situation as you, and probably many of the same experiences as you. You not only have my full support, but the support of your group-mates as well. This creates accountability, and accountability leads to success.
  • Quality coaching at an affordable price. In-person training has it's advantages, but for most it can be expensive and time consuming. Good trainer's schedules fill up fast and they have to charge accordingly; upwards of $100 per hour is pretty standard. And to get any decent results, you would need to meet with a trainer 2-3x per week. Over 3 months, that would run you in the neighborhood of $2,400-$3,600. And that often doesn’t include a nutritional component.

FAQs

How long will the workouts last?
Each workout will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour, with a few optional sessions lasting 15-30 minutes.
How will the nutrition plan work?
Each client will get their own custom set of calorie/macro targets. These targets will change based on the progress the client is seeing.
What about cardio?
There will be a few optional cardio or HIIT sessions each week for extra fat burning, depending on the phase.
What foods can I eat?
Rather than telling you what to eat, I will teach you HOW to eat. Not only that, but I will show you how you can make your favorite foods fit into your plan and still make progress.
