A beginner course for men and women that requires gym accessGoals
- 100% fat loss with full muscular retention
- Strength maintenance at the minimum - substantial strength gain is the norm
- To smile and nod with confidence after disrobing. (aka - "To Look Good Naked")
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Starts: September 12th, 2016
- Ends: December 12th, 2016
Requirements
- Access to barbells and weights (although we have many members on bodyweight workouts if access is not possible)
- Willingness to count macronutrients
- Ability to kick ass on a regular basis
