Overview

You give me the destination and I will draw you a map!  This is for the ambitious and motivated individual looking to get to the next level.  I promise I will put my heart and soul and give you the attention to detail you need to reach your fitness goals.

Austin Light, MS, RD is a NYC based Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He received a B.S. Nutrition-Dietitetics from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University (NYC).

One of the most educated coaches in the industry, he was a member of the University of California, Berkeley (CAL) Men's Basketball Program and is the current Varsity Basketball Coach/Strength Coach/Sports Dietitian at The Calhoun School (NYC). His prior experiences include working with MLS Chivas USA, NBA Brooklyn Nets, and private personal training clients from celebrities to professional athletes, and weekend warriors to working moms via The Light Method.

How often will you be in communication?
I will answer within 24 hours of any inquiry! You are paying top dollar and will receive the quality coaching you deserve.
What level of fitness is this for?
From beginners to professional athletes, I will provide a specific exercise program tailored to your needs and access to equipment.
I have a pre-existing injury and cannot perform certain movements, may I still join?
Yes! I will do my best to cater to your current condition. If it is outside of my scope of practice or I do not feel confident in your ability to participate, I will be responsible and honest with you.
How much time will I need to workout?
The time you need to workout will be based on the ambition of your goals. I will be honest with you about the amount of time, work, and energy you will need to achieve success.
