Overview
Get a personalized strength and conditioning plan, with basic diet guidance. Everything will be customized to fit your schedule and the equipment you have available.
Maybe you used to be strong and fit, but that was a long time ago and you want to get it back. Maybe you've never been in particularly good shape, and you want to know what it's like to finish a 5k or hoist a heavy weight over your head. Could be that adulthood has slowed you down - jobs, kids, and responsibilities all suck up energy and time, and your health just can't keep up.
Now is the time to make a change.
You've probably heard of a million different diet and exercise plans, and seen a dozen different versions of "one weird tip" to get in shape. You're not going to get any of that here.
My goal is to provide a back to basics foundation for fitness. The techniques and principles you'll be using are the same ones that people have been using for decades to get stronger, run faster, and look better. And they're the ones that worked for me.
About Me
I started playing sports in middle school was an average varsity high school athlete. It might not be a surprise that if you play sports 6 months out of the year, it's very easy to stay in shape. Of course when I went to college and I wasn't playing basketball or soccer everyday, it was suddenly a lot harder to stay in shape.
I'd work out for a few weeks at the college gym, or after college I'd start running every now and then, or do some pushups and dumbbell curls, but I never had guidance, and it never went anywhere. A few weeks later, I'd be right back where I started.
Right before my 29th birthday, I saw some unflattering pictures of myself at the beach and decided that it was time for a change. Real change. I sought advice from friends and coaches on the internet, got on a program, and started making some real progress. By the time I was thirty, I was the strongest I'd ever been, and had the quickness and endurance I'd had in high school back.
Ever since then, I've been committed to getting stronger, breaking new fitness milestones, and helping others do the same. The past few years, I've been working with my friends and family to help them achieve their goals. Whether the goal was getting down two dress sizes, doing 15 pull-ups, or helping my father stay fit so he can keep up with his 9 grandchildren, I've worked patiently and tried to meet their needs all the way through the process.
Now I'm ready to do the same for you.
