Overview

I've lost 200lbs and I've designed this course to help you learn some of the same habits and lifestyle changes that made such a transformation possible and permanent.Are you 10, 20, 50, 75, 100lbs or more overweight? Has every diet you've tried failed you?

If so, I can show you how to change your body, and change your life so that you can lose that weight for good.

BUT WHO ARE YOU AND WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU?
This is me, in March of 2008.

I was over 410lbs, morbidly obese. Prediabetic. I was always hungry, never satisfied. Addicted to video games. Depressed. Buying clothes was embarrassing, even at the local “Big and Tall” store. I didn't fit in plane seats. I could barely walk without being in pain. I was balding. I was scared. I thought I had tried everything, and that I was a failure. I was a college dropout. I felt like I was going to die, and I was only 28. AND I was about to become a father.

And in learning that, I made a decision right then and there that the person I had become is not the father that my daughter deserved.

This is me, today

I've lost 210lbs and I've kept it off. I am a father of two. I graduated college in 2014 as a 4.0 student, while working full time. I am happy. I feel alive. I have never been stronger, never been faster, and never been leaner. I know that if I want to accomplish something, I simply must reach out and take it. I am afraid of nothing. And I’m only 35.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

The first step is the hardest. That first step is wanting to change. I know, because I've been there, and that moment still resonates with me today. I’m different than other coaches because I know. I've felt the the utter terror of failure, and fear of change. I've felt every fiber of my being resist what I desired in my heart. You may be feeling that now. It is a feeling of despair, it is feeling like you are alone. Maybe you've taken a step, but it was in the wrong direction, something not sustainable, like trying a fad diet, or a cleanse or detox. They never worked, and you just gained everything back, and maybe more. You've wanted to take that first step in the right direction so many times. I've been in that dark place, feeling like you are suffocating, wanting to change, and not knowing what to do. Wanting to give up. I didn't give up. You shouldn't give up. What’s different this time? I am here for you. There is a team of other people going through what you are going through right now. They are here for you and are ready to share your journey. You are not alone in this.

When you join the Extreme Fat Loss team, you will be surrounded by others on the same journey. A community, there to pick us up when we fall, is what made my own weight loss possible. A community will make your weight loss possible as well! When we are weak, we borrow strength from each other to get us through. THE FIRST STEP IS THE HARDEST

When I finally found a scale that would go over 400lbs, I put it down on my bathroom floor, and I was terrified. Paralyzed with fear. My body refused to move forward, refused to step onto that scale. But my heart’s desire suddenly overwhelmed me, and I made that first step on to the scale. It was the hardest step I have ever taken. It was harder than anything else that I’ve ever had to do, to this very day. You are standing on the precipice, deciding whether or not to take that step. I’m going to ask you to take a leap of faith. If I could do this, if I could lose 200lbs, and keep it off for 7 years, so can you. I believe in you. And I’m here to help.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Extreme Fat Loss Program is centered on FIVE key components:

  1. 12 key habits needed for permanent fat loss, and assignments with the goal of helping you relate these habits to your own specific situation.
  2. Custom nutrition goals tailored to your unique goals. For most people, this will likely be a higher protein diet, with built in flexibility so that you do NOT have to eliminate any foods, unless they are a binge trigger for you.
  3. Tracking those custom nutrition goals on MyFitnessPal. This is done in order to reinforce the concept of portion sizes, and how they relate to being able to meet those goals, and lose weight without feeling hungry.
  4. Moving away from an all-or-nothing mentality toward food. Pizza is food. Beer is food. You can have both in some amounts, still meet your goals, and eliminate guilt over food from your life forever.
  5. Two types of exercise: 1.) Exercise that you love, and can do without it feeling like a chore, and 2.) Exercise gives the most return in health, and assistance in fat loss, for the least amount of time. Once you've gotten used to the other habits, if you are ready to exercise, our goal will be to find the proper mix of the above two types of exercises that fit into your life WITHOUT feeling like you need to be in the gym all day, every day. Once I started exercising regularly seven years ago, I've rarely exercised more than three to four hours PER WEEK!


After the 16 weeks end, there is a continuation course available for graduates, to continue to guide you on the rest of your journey!

FAQs

Do you provide me with a custom workout?
The foundations of this program are the custom nutritional guidelines and the habits needed to meet those goals. Workouts are entirely optional but I can for sure help you.
Do you provide a custom meal plan?
No. You'll be given calorie and protein targets as well as guidance in meeting those goals. Meal plans do not allow the needed flexibility in order for these habits to become permanent. We will work on some go-to meals as a group.
Will this program work for Vegans or Vegetarians?
Yes! The primary nutritional guidelines are calories and protein. There are quite a few vegans and vegetarians in the class that are able to hit their protein goals with some smart choices for protein sources!
How much weight can I lose?
Most people lose 5+ lbs in their first two weeks! The goal is not fast weight loss however, but losing that weight permanently.
