ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We have a simple objective: TO BUILD A LEAN, SEXY PHYSIQUE

We are going to get you the results you want and TEACH you how to continue beyond the group. With expert advice and excellent resources you'll be guided through a proven program and given tips that will work for the rest of your life.

The strategy is this: using a focused program to build muscles and burn fat with a metabolic twist we will get you toned and give you the sexy body you have always wanted. No endless hours of mind-numbing cardio. No marathon training sessions. Instead of tearing down your entire diet, we'll teach you how to implement small changes that make a big difference on your waistline. In addition to making you into a fat burning machine, the workouts will improve your endurance and energy, making your day to day tasks easier.

I'm not going to lie and say redefining your body is easy, but it isn't impossible either. With a focused training plan and solid nutritional principles, you can Do It!

Unlike thousands of "New Year, New You!" programs, you will succeed and as a part of this team, you will have the support of a group with the same goals, challenges and aspirations. The support and accountability provided by the team can be an amazing motivator, especially on the days you just don't think you can. This is a GROUP program, and while there is some specialization, you will not receive individualized workouts and if you are seeking personalized programming, I encourage you to join a 1:1 program such as Custom Built Body.

About the Coach (Rich)

I have been helping health and fitness enthusiasts for the better part of 15 years with programming, training advice, and motivation. I have helped novice lifters set state powerlifting records and provided programming to help clients lose weight, look and feel great, and reach milestone goals they never achieved under other training protocols. Some of my clients accomplishments are:

  • first 225 lb squat
  • drop 11 lbs in 1 month with NO DIET CHANGE
  • their first unassisted pull-up
  • lose 5 inches from their waist
  • increase their PFT Score
  • qualify for the RAW world championship
  • gain 10 lbs of lean muscle

FAQs

What equipment do I need?
At the minimum: Dumbbells Adjustable Bench Ideally: Standard Gym Machines Squat Rack
Do I need to belong to a gym?
That depends on the equipment you have at home. While the workouts can easily be adapted to dumbbells, they do not work as all bodyweight.
What is the workout structure?
Each "block" is designed in a slightly different manner. For example, one block may consist of eight high intensity rounds each day while another block may consist only of 4 strength training exercises per day.
Is the program customized for me?
I provide all the relevant information to individualize the program, such as how to select the appropriate weight, how to modify exercises to fit your skills, and how to choose which level of the program to follow. As a program, the workouts will not be "customized" for you in terms of the weights or your specific level.
Do I receive a meal plan?
You receive calories and macros to match your goal and the workout. The meals are up to you.
