How long are the workouts?
Most of the workouts are designed to take between 30 and 40 minutes.
Do I have to run on a treadmill or do other "cardio"?
Burn! doesn't have any workouts that include running on a treadmill or other cardio equipment.
Am I going to have to follow a strict diet?
Nope. I'll give you info on how to set up your own meal plan using foods you actually enjoy.
Can I contact my coach directly?
Absolutely. I am available to clients in the private group, through direct messages and even via email.
