Overview
The Strength Project is one-on-one strength coaching at it's best. This isn't your run of the mill Starting Strength or 5/3/1 program where you just get some sets and reps. This project gives you video review of your lifts, breakdown of how to improve technique for strength, and customized accessory work to make you even stronger.
You will SFW!
With weekly check-ins and video review of your top sets, your program will adapt to your progress and keep you from burning out while pushing you to new levels of STRONG. I guarantee under 24 hour response times for messages, e-mails, and video reviews.that will help you hone in on developing strength and building muscle.
With The Strength Project, you will get STRONG!
I've successfully helped clients set strength records and blow away their previous bests. My experience working with a variety of clients allows me to design your program to match you and your body's performance capabilities.
Focusing on becoming stronger, you will build muscle, and muscle is what makes us look good.
Progress is the result of incremental changes that reduce your weaknesses while keeping your strengths strong.
The Strength Project because average is unacceptable!
This isn't like a lot of other programs out there in that the backbone of the programming has been used successfully to build strength time and again.
About Me
My name is Rich and I'm a strength guy.
I've been helping clients for 15 years with programming, training advice, and motivation. I've taken novice lifters and helped them set state records in powerlifting and qualify for World Championships. I've helped competitors set state and national records and I've helped fellow gym members get their name on the strength record boards. To me, it isn't just a hobby, but a passion.
I believe in doing research and then testing the methods on myself. I don't take a one-size fits all approach and I try hard to make the programs I design match my clients strengths while building them to their goals.
As a former athlete and college coach, I know first-hand how having the right plan is the difference between reaching a goal and just missing it. That's why I take so much pride in making sure my clients have the right program for them and their goals.
"Rich Zwolinski is an undeniably irreplaceable asset to have in your fitness arsenal."
I also understand that it’s about more than just the goal; there are so many other other positive changes that come with training, and nothing can replace that feeling of know how hard you've worked and how far you've come.
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and have worked with powerlifters, sport-specific athletes, strong(wo)men, and clients who just want to be strong.
