  • A willingness to train using barbells and body weight!
  • While gym access is OPTIMAL, we will create a workout to fit your specific fitness equipment.
  • A desire to kick ass at an alarming rate.

What kind of workouts will I receive?
Barbell and bodyweight exercises. 4-5 movements per session. Long rest periods.
How many hours per week will I need to train?
3. Yes, that's all! (1 hour per day on 3 days of the week)
Can the program be done at home?
Optimally, the program requires barbells, plates, and a pull-up bar. But it can be tailored to fit any equipment access.
