Overview

Ready to get results in as little as 30 minutes a day? Then this program is perfect for you! The workouts are fun, sweat-drenching, and never the same. 

About the program

This program will have a mix of weights and HIIT, or high-intensity interval training. HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. HIIT is a mixture of cardio circuits using weights and/or body weight exercises.

Now you may be thinking 'high intensity?? What!? I can't do that!', but don't let the term scare you. Every move has a lower intensity modification as a starting point until you can work your way up to a higher intensity. So no worries, I got you!

Benefits of HIIT:

  • High Intensity Interval Training speeds up your metabolic rate, which means you'll be burning fat even after your workout is complete.
  • HIIT workouts can be done anywhere: at home, in a hotel room, in a park, at a gym, etc. And most are around 30 minutes.
  • HIIT appears to limit muscle loss that can occur with weight loss, in comparison to traditional steady-state cardio exercise of longer duration.

At the beginning of the program you will submit measurements and weight, as well as front, side, and back pictures that you will send to me. Every two weeks we will re-measure and take progress pics to see where you are and if we need to tweak anything!

Trust me, I had low self-esteem throughout my childhood and into college. But as I started working out, eating right, and seeing my body change...I realized the only person that matters is myself.

FAQs

Can these workouts be completed at home as well as the gym?
Yes, the only equipment you will need is yourself, a pair of dumbbells, and a stability ball.
How can I track my macros/calories?
A great app to download is "My Fitness Pal". It helps track your caloric intake, protein, carbs, etc. I use it myself!
Are the workouts hard?
'Hard' means something different to everyone, so each exercise has different modifications (suited to different skill levels) for the individual doing them!
What if I go on vacation?
There will be a plan that you can take with you that will be solely bodyweight so you can do it anywhere!
