- Perform short daily workouts
- Access to dumbbells that will provide a challenging weight
- Gym access a plus

Overview
Everyone packs on a few extra pounds for the holidays, why not pack some of those onto your arms? Join for daily workouts that can stand alone or be added to an existing program.
This isn't complicated - this is about focusing on one particular muscle group for a short period of time to enhance muscle growth there.
If you're currently not doing any workouts, this will be a be a good gateway to get started and develop the discipline to do a more intensive holistic program.
If you're currently workout out regularly we can work on integrating each workout into your existing workouts, to make sure that it doesn't interfere with your recovery or other goals.
