Overview

Everyone packs on a few extra pounds for the holidays, why not pack some of those onto your arms? Join for daily workouts that can stand alone or be added to an existing program.

This isn't complicated - this is about focusing on one particular muscle group for a short period of time to enhance muscle growth there.

If you're currently not doing any workouts, this will be a be a good gateway to get started and develop the discipline to do a more intensive holistic program.

If you're currently workout out regularly we can work on integrating each workout into your existing workouts, to make sure that it doesn't interfere with your recovery or other goals.

No, this is about building bigger arms.
Do I need to workout every day to get results?
No, but you're results will be based on how often you complete the workouts.
How big of a difference can I expect?
It depends on your starting point, but if you've never trained your arms hard, you will see a noticeable different in size and definition, and you can keep these workouts past the end of the program to see more growth.
Is some of this hyperbole?
Yes. I make no guarantee that you will look like the stock photo Santa image attached by the end of the program, nor will you be able to crack walnuts between your bicep and forearm.
