- No gym or particular equipment is needed

If you want to stay fit or lose some weight and you cannot go to a gym, i'll guide you and give you the best workout you can do without any equipment!
This team coaching group is up for everybody. The programs here are made for each personality, for each age, gender and weight.. you don't have to worry about anything.
Workouts are made for your objectives:
-If you want to stay fit, then we'll have some general full-body workouts
-If you want to improve your upper body strenght, then we'll have some upper body focused workouts
-If you want to lose weight, then we'll mix cardio excercises with high intensity (but short times) ones
It's just you and yourself!
About me:
I am a personal trainer with years of experience online and on track. I am also a sport-coach and a runner man.
My training methods and my study gave me the knowledge to imagine and create interesting and almost funny routines for every objective and personality.
