This team coaching group is up for everybody. The programs here are made for each personality, for each age, gender and weight.. you don't have to worry about anything. 


Workouts are made for your objectives:
-If you want to stay fit, then we'll have some general full-body workouts

-If you want to improve your upper body strenght, then we'll have some upper body focused workouts

-If you want to lose weight, then we'll mix cardio excercises with high intensity (but short times) ones

About me: 

I am a personal trainer with years of experience online and on track. I am also a sport-coach and a runner man. 

My training methods and my study gave me the knowledge to imagine and create interesting and almost funny routines for every objective and personality.

How many times per week and how much time per session?
You will need from 2 to 4 times per week at about 30/60 minutes per session
Do i need particular equipment?
No.. just a place where you can lay easily (on the floor)
Can i decide the workout-days?
Yes, but try to keep at least one day off between two workout-days
Are there any age or weight limits?
No, these programs will adapt to your age, weight and ability
How many months does the program lasts?
It won't have any limit. I give you monthly programs, and each month you can decide to go on or stop
