- Duration: 26 weeks

Requirements
- Train at home with minimal equipment
- Short duration workouts including cardio and resistance
- Dumbbells required
- Yoga mat required
What You Get
- A customised/individualised workout plan each week
- Contact with trainer who will aim to respond to questions/concerns within 48 hours
- Information on your progress and constant monitoring and mentoring
Overview
Individualised programs for people who are lucky/unlucky enough to have to do shiftwork. Days/Nights/12 hours is no reason not to stay in shape. We can do this :)
Shiftwork can be tough so I am attempting to devise a program for people who want to continue to work and stay/get fit.
If you can devote perhaps 1 hour (or less) 3 times a week, then this may be right for you.
Individualised programs will help my clients achieve based around their own work schedule, equipment, and fitness goals.
