About the program

If you haven’t worked out in a long time or you’re just starting for the first time, your main goal for the first few weeks will be to learn the correct form for each exercise and to build a base of strength and stability. This will set a good foundation for your workout program. 

This program will be broken down into two phases. Phase 1 will focus on strengthening your muscles and boosting your flexibility. Phase 2 will focus on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and muscle power.

Members of the program receive:

  • A new customized workout plan each week.
  • Nutritional guidance
  • 24/7 support from myself and the group

At the beginning of the program you will submit measurements and weight, as well as front, side, and back pictures that you will send to me. Every two weeks we will re-measure and take progress pics to see where you are and if we need to tweak anything!

Trust me, I had low self-esteem throughout my childhood and into college. But as I started working out, eating right, and seeing my body change...I realized the only person that matters is myself.

FAQs

How many hours will I be working out per week?
Each workout will be around 30 minutes for month 1 and 30-40 minutes for month 2. 4x per week.
Can I skip workouts?
For maximum results, you should stick to the program and schedule as close as possible.
Can I do these workouts at the gym?
Of course, every workout can be done in the comfort of your own home or at the gym.
Are the workouts "hard"?
"Hard" means something different to each person. This plan starts out slow to teach you the basics of building a workout and sticking to it.
