Overview
Do you struggle with getting your nutrition in check? Eat well but aren't seeing the results you desire?
It might be time to try something new with your eating habits.
As a Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Eat to Perform Nutrition certified coach, I have the knowledge and experience to calculate your macros and work with you to meet them. I've used macros to help me in my own weight loss and maintenance with great success.
Macronutrient Magic
Macronutrients (fats, protein, carbs) are an important part of anyones diet. If one of these aspects is over compensating too much or there isn't enough, it might be difficult to see the results you're looking for.
Having your macros calculated can assist you in getting lean faster, maintaining your weight or even gaining, depending on your goals.
Your targets will be calculated for you based on a personalized survey that includes everything from what you weigh to what you currently eat. I'll calculate numbers based on your goal and then assist you with getting started. I'll ask you to track your weight, measurements and take pictures because while it helps to know your weight, it isn't all in the scale.
The greatest thing about macronutrients is that you'll be able to eat what you want--no restrictions. Macros help take the monotony and difficulty of a true diet and make it something that you can work with for a long time with success. I believe in moderation, not deprivation. You'll be eating enough food and shouldn't be hungry even though you may be "dieting."
Macros will be the most relaxing and real "diet" you've ever tried.
But I don't want macros!
No problem! The process will be similar: We'll still have you track your food and look at it together to see how it can be tweaked to help you reach your goals.
