Since the birth of my daughter, I haven't been to a gym, and I've made some of the best progress since my early 30's when all I did was train and coach. That's right, in my garage, with time restrictions and an always changing schedule, I've gotten more and I can get you more too.

I'm the founder of Z Strength Fitness & Performance. I've been training, coaching, or competing for over 20 years! I've taken novice lifters and helped them set state and national records in powerlifting. I've helped athletes go from 3rd string to 1st string and more importantly, I've helped clients look and feel great by developing a synergistic training, nutrition, and mental plan.
I don't take a one-size fits all approach. I approach each person and their goals with a focus on the person because I know that no two people respond exactly the same. My biggest approach in training is it's about YOU, not me. My job is to give you what you like combined with what you need.
