UPDATE: Jawbone has been fantastic at addressing my UP issues. They did some troubleshooting w/ me & when that didn't fix the problem, they decided to send me a new bracelet before receiving the old one (which is outside their normal policy). Problems happen so I really appreciate co's that acknowledge their issues and put their customers' experience first. Please be sure to tell all your friends about how awesome Jawbone has been to me.
