Overview
Want washboard abs that will make all your friends jealous? Despite what ’80s movie montages would have you believe, great abs don’t come from doing hour after hour of sit-ups every night.
Forget the six pack, let's go for eight!
About the Program
Getting awesome athletic abs is about (much!) more than just doing crunch after crunch. For a killer six pack, the following have to come together like a perfect storm:
- Strong core muscles
- Even ab development (upper, lower, obliques etc)
- Low body fat %
Amazing abs don't just happen and, even when you're putting the work in, they don't happen overnight.
That's a good thing.
Like people say, if being in great shape was easy everyone would do it.
A3 blends nutritional science, high-density strength training and fat shredding cardio to accelerate your progress towards an incredible set of abs. The program consists of:
- Workout programs every week
- Lifestyle goal tracking
- Weekly 'office hours' for Q&A, advice etc
- Individual diet plans, with 'A3 foods' and assistance with supplements (optional)
It's time to build a body that serves you.
Let's be real for a second - you can get great abs on your own. But between finding all the right exercises to do, muddling through planning your diet and figuring out when to work out it's going to take time.
Sign up for A3 (which'll set you back less than $2 per day, by the way!) and you'll make progress towards the abs of your dreams like you wouldn't believe in just three months. Think of it as an early holiday gift for yourself!
