Goals

Schedule

  • Duration: 11 weeks
  • Starts: October 20th, 2014
  • Ends: January 11th, 2015

Requirements

  • Access to barbells and weights (although we have many members on bodyweight workouts if access is not possible)
  • Willingness to count macronutrients
  • A desire to learn to gain and maintain leanness - without cardio
  • Ability to kick ass on a regular basis

Can I be part of the program without gym access?
Gym access is optimal - but we can meet your needs and tailor make a program to fit almost any lifestyle
Are there any off-limits food?
Not at all. Your food choices are yours entirely - there isn't a single food you cannot have. We have Paleo members, vegan members, Atkins members, etc.
But I'm a girl! I don't want to get bulky!
Lifting doesn't make women bulky. Lifting makes women curvaceous, sexy, confident, and empowered. Every single female member of our community relishes lifting hard after giving it a shot. At least half of our members are girls. And exactly ZERO have turned manly as a result of lifting......
I already lift. How can this possibly help me?
Most of our male clients are already lifters. They are 5/3/1 users, Texas Method users, Crossfitters, P90x users, etc. And every single one has gained SUBSTANTIAL strength and lost fat once they begin with an optimal program with proper progression.

What happens after our 12 weeks are up?

Do I have to stop doing cardio?
Not at all. Dropping the cardio isn't a REQUIREMENT, but doing cardio is 100% optional and not necessary. If you love it, enjoy. But if not, we'd prefer you spend the day eating peanut butter and bacon. IIFYM, my friend.
