Overview
Hi, I'm Adam Atkins, aka Phatkins! My body and mental health have evolved over a period of 15 years. I was a fat, shy 16-year old and was mad as hell...no dates, out of breath after a flight of stairs, and looked at my shoes more than I smiled.
Through hard work and a diligent game-plan, I transformed myself into a PHAT, confident man. Fatkins was a 5'9", 245 pound, 40-inch waisted, red-cheeked 16 year old who made drastic changes to his mindset and daily routine. Just 2 years later and 70 pounds lighter, PHATKINS emerged!
