My one on one coaching includes initial consultation, personalized workouts, weekly adjustments if necessary, and 100% support from me throughout.

This is not a class, this is one on one personal coaching, with a very limited number of spots.

About the Class

To get started, we will have an initial consultation. From there, you'll receive personalized workouts based on your own unique experience, needs, equipment and goals.

On a daily basis, you have exclusive access to my personal email with response times of 24 hours or less.

On a weekly basis, we will check in at least once (usually multiple times) to see how things are going.  I like to build a relationship with my clients and speak with them frequently.

About the Trainer

I am a weight lifter, runner, bootcamp instructor, and flexible dieter.

I've completed two half-marathons, and plan to run more.

I specialize in fitness for beginners, women's fitness, prenatal fitness, weight loss and bootcamps.

How many hours a week will I need to work out?
It will all depend on your goals and what you are willing to dedicate. We can discuss this
I don't have a home gym but I do have some free weights, what equipment do I need exactly?
We will discuss what equipment you have, if you have gym access, or if you are going solely bodyweight. The program will be customized specifically for you and for the equipment you have (or don't have)
What if I have questions, can I contact you?
Yes, absolutely! We will have weekly checkins, and if you ever need to chat, we can set up a time to chat. I am always available to you whenever you need help
Can you give me nutritional tips? I struggle the most with my eating
Yes! I will give you nutritional guidelines, tips, recipes. Things to make you successful long term.
Can you provide me with a detailed meal plan?
Yes, absolutely! If this is something you are looking for, I can help you with that.
